Therapy can be helpful whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Therapy is a space for healing, growth, self-understanding, and creating healthier patterns in your life and relationships.
The consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and how I practice. It’s also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit — there’s no obligation to continue.
EFT is an evidence-based approach that focuses on the emotional bonds between people. Together we slow down recurring conflict cycles, identify the deeper emotions and needs beneath them, and create new, more secure ways of connecting — for couples and individuals alike.
Absolutely. I offer affirming, judgment-free support for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, as well as ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. All identities and relationship structures are welcome.
Yes. Rebuilding trust after betrayal or reconnecting after a period of distance is challenging, but it is possible. Together we work to understand what happened, process the hurt, rebuild emotional safety, and decide — at your pace — how you want to move forward.
Yes. I offer secure virtual sessions so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Telehealth makes therapy more flexible and accessible.
